As the Team Lead Warehousing LP, you will be responsible for
overseeing staffed warehouse and field storeroom facilities,
ensuring they effectively support field work management activities
in LP Operations. This role manages the day-to-day operations of
Supply Chain Management (SCM) and storage facilities across the
US-based Operations Regions. Additionally, you will supervise all
warehouse staff and contractors, ensuring safe operations,
optimizing inventory, and overseeing logistics for all incoming and

What You Will Do:
- Responsible for employee and overall warehouse safety by
ensuring adherence to safety policies, training, and practices as
well as oversight of maintenance and improvements to support a safe
working environment.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including quality
assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics,
shipping, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures
related to both Supply Chain and local Operations as they relate to
warehouse operations.
- Ensures organizational objectives are translated into the
group's activities; and ensuring integration with the work of other
stakeholders in the Business Unit.
- Coaching/mentoring/motivating staff.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting spare parts and
assets to stakeholders and company facilities.
Who You Are:
- Related university degree and six or more years of relatable
experience OR a combination of education and experience may be
considered.
- Supply Chain or field Operations experience considered an
asset.
- Strong working knowledge and capabilities of using Enterprise
Resource Planning systems such as Oracle, Maximo and Microsoft 365
applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational
boundaries.
- Demonstrated communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office and warehouse environment with occasional
visits to regional operations facilities within Canada and United
States.
- Moderate travel to local suppliers and other Enbridge locations
within the US - up to 25%

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 45
pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting,
standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color
coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not
limited to:
- Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written
instructions or other information, understand complex problems and
collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and
ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work
schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate
impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this
area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines,
complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and
basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
U.S. Only
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 USD

Savings

Pension
- Regular full-time and part-time employees can participate in

- Cash Balance Pension plan, Enbridge makes the contributions
(not vested until after 3 years.)
- The plan is fully paid for by Enbridge, with no employee
contributions.
- Pay credits are between 4% and 11% of eligible earnings, based
on age and service.
