This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing healthcare and improving lives.Why Join Us?---Impactful Work: Your contributions will directly influence patient diagnosis and treatment.---Supportive Environment: We foster a collaborative culture where every team member is valued.---Stunning Location: Enjoy the natural beauty of Duluth, MN with access to outdoor activities, cultural attractions, and a vibrant community.Starting Pay (based on experience): $29.23 - $42.98 Key Responsibilities:---Processes and prepare pathology and cytology specimens, as defined by CLIA, for pathologist and cytotechnologist interpretation. ---Perform routine and special staining procedures, IHC and ISH, Mohs and routine frozen sections as required in the diagnosis, treatment and management of pathologic conditions on patients of all ages. ---Problem solving skills, participation in Quality Assurance, Quality Control monitoring, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting are required. Education Qualifications: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus! (for external candidates)

• Graduate of NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program OR
  • Successful completion of 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) of academic credit from a regionally accredited college/university, with a combination of 12 semester hours (18 quarter hours) of biology and chemistry (must include credit hours in both), AND one year full time acceptable experience in a histopathology (clinical, veterinary, industry or research) laboratory in the U.S., Canada or an accredited laboratory within the last 5 years OR
    • An associate degree from a regionally accredited college/university, with a combination of 12 semester hours (18 quarter hours) of biology and chemistry (must include credit hours in both), AND 1 year full time acceptable experience in a histopathology (clinical, veterinary, industry or research) laboratory in the U.S., Canada or an accredited laboratory within the last 5 years.
