and welcoming patients in person. - -Provides a standard
registration process by collecting demographic and financial data
and enter information into a electronic medical record.Location:
-550 Osborne Rd, Fridley, MN 55432Primary Responsibilities:Greets
and welcomes patients in personCollects demographic and insurance
informationChecks in and interviews patients to complete the
registration processObtains signatures from patients as
neededDirects patients to their appointment or procedureMay assist
in scheduling add-on appointmentsDocuments any issues and
resolutions in electronic medical recordResolve claim issues or
registration errors on patient accounts and in assigned work
queuesUses resources, tools and procedures to complete registration
for complex accountsVerifies insurance eligibility and benefits
information for payers and interprets results focusing on complex
billing situationsObtains cost information and explains information
to patient if necessaryCollects on patient financial
obligationsHandles complex questions as neededScreening -and
approve patients for financial assistance programs, and financial
counsel as neededProvides technical or functional direction for
employeesAssists patients in completion of request for information
forms and submits to appropriate departmentProvide customer service
for inbound and outbound telephone callsCollaborates with leaders
to ensure the team operations are staffed and working effectively
and coordinates the workflow among the employeesIdentifies and
brings forward trends to leadership related to daily site
activitiesExhibits behaviors and expectations that are consistent
with leadership rolesCompletes Quality Audits as assigned per
department guidelinesParticipates in the orientation and training
of employees and provides feedback to leadershipWill participate in
on-call rotation as defined by siteAssists and supports team in all

in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of revenue cycle experience -in
a healthcare/hospital setting2+ years of customer service
experienceIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
productsAbility to work 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday-FridayAbility to
work standard, daytime hours for first 3-4 weeks upon hire in
alignment with the department's training schedule18 years or
olderPreferred Qualifications:Epic ExperienceExperience with
electronic medical records -Physical Demands:Consistent walking,
standing, bending, turning, etc.Lifting weight Up to 10 lbs.
