Job Description:
St. Louis County is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT
Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage the diverse St. Louis
County IT infrastructure environment. -The successful candidate
will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and
scalability of our IT systems, network, and data centers. This role
requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities
and a passion for technology.
The salary range reflected above is the normal hiring range for
2025. The full salary range, including longevity pay, is $42.27 -
$61.14 per hour.
This position is part of the -Civil Service Supervisory Unit
Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement -represented by the St.
Louis County Employees Association. -St. Louis County does not
participate in E-Verify. All employees must be continuously
authorized to work in the United States, for St. Louis County, -on
a full-time basis. St. Louis County does not provide sponsorship
for employment visas.
An employee in this class is responsible for planning,
coordinating, and directing the activities of an assigned
functional area in the Information Technology Department. Duties
include managing the staff, equipment, and budget resources;
planning and managing a variety of department projects; developing
short and long range plans for acquiring, implementing, and
managing information technology solutions; assisting in the
preparation and management of the department budget; coordinating
plans for overall IT systems, including capacity planning; and
planning & coordinating the training and development of department
staff. -The work is performed under the direction of the
Information Technology Director.
