Job Description:

Performs all duties related to dishwashing and maintains general cleanliness of the kitchen area. Ensures positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members. Maintains cleanliness and follows Standard Operating Procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing: Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• General Cleanliness: Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Kitchen Deliveries: Assists with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs, and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Sales and Merchandising: Maximizes sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Health and Safety: Follows and complies with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.Key Skills:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures.Physical Requirements:
    • Lifting 50 pounds.
    • Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
