*Job Title:* Clinical Chart Abstractor (RN)*Job Location: * 915 E. 1st Street, Duluth, MN 55805*Shift Timing:* Day shifts with start time flexibility. Monday - Friday work week. Should consistently be a 40 hour week.*Contract Length: *12 Weeks*Guaranteed Hours:* 32hrs.*Pay rate:* $48/Hr.($1536/Week)- No Housing*Note: * Permanent address of the traveler must be more than 50 miles away from the facility.*Required Certification/Licensure: ** *This is a non direct patient care position. This position will abstract medication and allergies for a system intregration.** *Travelers must have a Minnesota RN and traveler companies must be registered with Minnesota.** Assists in consolidating data from Meditech Expanse into EPIC.* Makes clinical and medical updates to medical records.* Collects important patient information from current patient medical record and transcribes that information into discrete fields or locations within EPIC.* Clinical data information will be clearly defined.* Navigates the electronic medical record systems and other medical databases, reviewing medical records and abstracting medical record data related to specified project requirements.Job Type: ContractPay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 per weekSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* OvertimeWork Location: In personby Jobble
