Job Description:Provides leadership, supervision, direction, and primary accountability for their team of Analysts. The team is expected to develop and maintain good relationships with their Informatics customers and be responsive to their requirements on behalf of the clinical end users. The main focus of this role will be on improving and maintaining high levels of customer service, teamwork and product delivery. This will be accomplished primarily through regular interaction with customers and staff and clear communication of expectations and recognition of outcomes.
Education Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Services, Healthcare, Business or related field. 4 years of experience in Information Services. Business, Healthcare or related field working directly with system applications. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.ORAssociates degree in Information Services, Healthcare, Business or related field.6 years' experience in Information Services. Business, Healthcare or related field working directly with system applications. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:No certification/licensure required.
