Job Description:As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident's personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals of the Benedictine Sisters Benevolent Association.
Education Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified. West Market:
  • Previous hospital, nursing home or home health experience.
    Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Benet Hall and Solvay Hospice House:
    • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
    • Current Minnesota state registration as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing assistant with the completion of 80 hours of Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program that meets federal guidelines.
