Overview: We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial strategies and activities of our corporation. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, forecasting for future business growth, and mentoring accounting/finance efforts. The ideal candidate will support process improvements to facilitate the growth of our company and related group of companies. Company Overview: MasTec Renewables Group is part of the MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure business segment. • Oversee accounting and finance functions
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction
• Develop financial and tax strategies
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Lead monthly forecasts and annual budgeting process
• Appraise performance and develop accounting staff
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 15+ years' experience in construction/EPC
  • CPA certification required
  • Experience as Corporate Controller or subsidiary controller in a large company
