Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Prepared Foods Department Supervisor to join our team at Whole Foods Market - Johns Creek. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
• Training and Development: Work with the Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
• Customer Service: Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
• Operations and Maintenance: Ensure all cases and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated, and that the department is opened and closed according to established procedures.Requirements
  • Experience: 12+ months of retail experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong demonstrated organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner, and proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.Working Conditions
    • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
